Dalias Harlem Cafe

Stopped in for a simple breakfast, maybe an omelette… the photos posted on the internet are never great so I figured I’d try it. Wow was I surprised! They don’t spend a ton on fancy decor but they spend the money where it counts - in the food they serve. They took a sadly complex order from me and made an amazing morning meal. I cannot recommend this cafe enough and will be back. (Again my own “sad” photo doesn’t do Dalia’s justice.)

My favorite breakfast so far. And I got to enjoy it at 3pm Food was *delicious* homestyle cooking served hot which I love. Staff was wonderful and thoughtful while taking our order- specifying and clarifying options. I like the vibe- lots of plants enjoying the light streaming in. No loud music, spacious seating. Local hang out feels.

What a great find! Lovely assortment of furniture gave an easygoing vibe. Really wonderful service from everyone! Breakfast served all day- eggs, hash browns and a waffle topped with strawberries made for a nice leisurely afternoon brunch. Affordable offerings yet still stylish.

Went with a co worker for breakfast and everything we had was amazing. I ordered waaaay too much food but it was so delicious I managed to eat it all. lol. I had a platter with two scrambled eggs and bacon and home fries also had two large pancakes and grits. No I don’t have a tapeworm . The waiter was very welcoming and pleasant. We weren’t rush at all and I can’t wait to come back.

I was craving breakfast but like at home breakfast not the restaurant style taste but the your mom or grandma made you breakfast type of style. Dalias hit it on the nail. The place is busy between people coming in for pick up, delivery orders, and being seated. This didn’t stop or slow down the business everyone was glad to wait cause they knew something I didn’t. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. For how great the food taste you would think it would cost way more. This place is budget friendly but also very delicious at the same time if I lived closer I would be there every morning !!!

Absolutely great. The food is so delicious. A lot of the reviews rave about breakfast, which is great. But the lunch is also fantastic. Some of the dishes immediately brought to mind my mom and grandmother who were both amazing cooks. The warm and friendly atmosphere is the cherry on top. I’m reluctant to leave the glowing review it deserves because I don’t want the secret to get out. This little unassuming place is a gem. Shhhh!

Everyone was so kind and the food was amazing! I felt at home in this cozy spot. The coffee was really good as well; very flavorful.

The food was great once we found the location. They are small but the kindness and hospitality that was given was like a large five star restaurant. But what a great place eat.
